Shipping Information for the Marketing Service Center
At the Marketing Service Center, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping process for your orders. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that your orders reach their final destination with ease and reliability.
Shipping Schedule
To optimize our shipping process, we combine orders and send them to the head office in Berlin twice a month. This approach allows us to consolidate shipments and reduce shipping costs, ensuring that you receive the best possible service at an affordable price. Please note the following shipping schedule:
- Orders placed between the 1st and 15th of each month will be shipped to the head office in Berlin on the 16th.
- Orders placed between the 16th and the last day of each month will be shipped to the head office in Berlin on the 1st of the following month.
Upon receiving the combined orders, the head office in Berlin will then forward them to their final destinations. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the head office to process and dispatch your orders.
Shipping Costs
Items without prices are available free of charge for the recipient. Shipping costs are calculated based on a lump sum, which includes both the shipping fee and the cost of pallet spaces. This consolidated approach allows us to pass on the cost savings to you, while ensuring that your orders are handled with care and delivered promptly.
To provide greater transparency and a better understanding of your shipping expenses, a detailed cost breakdown will be included in your monthly invoice.
Tracking Your Order
To help you keep track of your shipments, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from the head office in Berlin. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
